We are in the heart of Famous and traditional Chianti hills with breathtaking views. We are only 18km from Florence, Fattoria Lavacchio, practice Organic and Biodinamic agriculture in whole estate. This is a full day of fun activities. It includes absolutely everything and is a great way to spend your day! After lunch (from May to September) you will have also the opportunity to take a dive in the pool and relax under the olive groves of the Estate. Then you will take a visit to the ceramics studio to learn about the authentic and original pottery of Tuscan artisans. You can then either choose to take a ceramic class and decorate your own bowls, plates and vases or you can go on a two-hour horseback ride through the Tuscan hills (for ten-years-old and over).

What we will do: We will start by visiting the local market, San Pierino and the typical Florentine shops, to select seasonal products directly from local farmers that we will use together in our culinary experience. Once we arrive on the culinary terrace with a breathtaking view of Florence, we will have some "fettunta" and "bruschetta". After filling up with fettunta, we will get our hands dirty and I will teach you how to prepare fresh pasta by hand. We will prepare two fresh pasta. Finally we will enjoy the fruits of our work and, of course, the TASTE!
