At the farm, the day will start with a horseback ride, half an hour of preparation and a lesson in the stables will precede the 1-hour ride on horseback on a spectacular country trail. The guests be guided by a professional instructor who will lead them in the knowledge of the basics of equitation and their equine companions according to the level of experience of each and for the total enjoyment of the ride. The relaxation around the pool for the rest of the day will follow the ride. For lunch -served under the veranda at 1.00pm.- the guests will taste a famous local hand-made pasta plate (tortelli mugellani), a wide choice of cheeses, coldcuts, bruschettas, Chianti wine and water. Veg guests are also welcome. Sunbathing, relaxation and a few swims will make the guests experience the authenticity of the Tuscan lifestyle and the Florentine Chianti hills, immersed in nature for a whole day, away from the city crowd. At the end of the afternoon they will be taken back to Florence.

Transferred from Florence to the Chianti region the guests will experience a romantic day on the most famous Tuscan hills in the heart of the Chianti Classico hills: on a historic stately carriage pulled by two giant horses. A professional carriage coachman will welcome the guests to his tables during the last interesting phases of the attack of the horses and will then comfortably lead them for 1h30 ride outward through the rolling hills passing spectacular raws of cypress trees, olive groves, vineyards, Tuscan Renaissance villas and Medieval castles. After the return to the stables the guests will be transferred to a nearby family historic winery for a private guided wine tasting of some of the best Chianti Classico wines, the visit of their vineyards and cellar and a light lunch while enjoying the authentic Tuscan atmosphere of the location immersed in the nature as well as in the original taste of the Tuscan country quality wines and food. Vegetarian guests are also welcome.
