The Basics

The western extremity of the lake is dominated by the city of Geneva, while the towns of Lausanne and Montreux lie on the northern and eastern shores, respectively. Day trips from these Swiss hot spots make it easy to explore lakeside landmarks such as the medieval bastion of Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon). Visitors can soak up the scenery on a Lake Geneva cruise, ride the GoldenPass Panoramic train into the Swiss Alps, take a Geneva sightseeing tour, or hop over the French border to explore Annecy, Chamonix, or Mont Blanc.

Great way to know the city of Geneva!
Anne y was good to see but not my favorite. The city bus and train tour were phenomenal!!! The boat ride was a nice way to finish off but not necessary.

A great tour! Gabriel was amazing with all his knowledge about Annecy and Geneva. Really enjoyed learning so much. Tip: bring Euros for Annecy or credit card. I was also asked to show my COVID vaccine card when I ordered at a restaurant in Annecy.

Geneva and Annecy Tour With Optional Lake Geneva Cruise
Well organised and followed as described. We started in Annecy as the first part. The Geneva Tour was actually a separate tour which was done after our Annecy tour. Enough time was spent in Annecy. Always plan ahead with the weather :)
