I am a certified personal trainer who creates the perfect programs to help you reach your fitness goals, designed 100% for your needs. I develop individualized fitness activities that incorporate exercises, and nutrition (with a nutritionist partner) all combined with fun (yes, fun!) and encouragement. I offer a combination of pilates, cardio, reinforcement and stretching exercises according to your needs. By following a dedicated sports program with sessions adapted to your goals, I will be there to guide and motivate you with the tools necessary to access a better version of yourself. Passionate and caring for your development, your pleasure will be guaranteed.

This is a unique and magical experience. I will welcome you to my home in Nyon. First, we will talk a little bit about life in Switzerland and Turkey. Then I will start to prepare Turkish coffee which is also different than any coffee in the world. I am bringing my coffee from Turkey and it is the best in the country. When our coffee is ready, we will drink it with tasting the lokum (Turkish Delight) which I brought also from Turkey. After drinking our coffee, the ritual of the Turkish coffee cup fortune telling will start. Coffee reading is a ritual with hundreds of years of history and background. I will tell you anything I see in your coffee cup, make predictions, share positive feedback and give you the best wishes. Each cup is personal and unique. After the coffee reading is done, we can also talk about coffee and other traditions in our cultures and exchange knowledge. After the coffee reading experience, you may enjoy the beautiful city of Nyon.

You'll have a certified wine expert at your disposal all activity long to answer each one of your questions about the world of wine. The class follows a guideline but it is not set in stone: it all depends on what you want, your wishes and your points of interests. You will learn in a fun way how to shine in society about wine knowledge ! ;)

With me, you never do the same thing day after day because I offer you a vast repertoire of exercises combined with FUN! I know how to motivate people and push them beyond their limits while respecting the body for a good "balance between a healthy body and a dream body". By varying your exercise routines, I will not only keep you PHYSICALLY motivated, but also MENTALLY stimulated. I look forward to meeting you.

During our time together, formal classroom tuition will be kept to a minimum; emphasis will be put on time spent outdoors, putting the morning’s theory lesson into practice, and gaining as much ‘hands-on’ experience as possible. Our aim is to capture the classic scenic splendour of the mountains in an artistic and creative manner. Making use of our beautiful surroundings, we shall focus on the shapes and textures in the landscape, as we develop our skills at capturing beautiful and interesting, well-balanced images. Once on our chosen hike of the day, we will have countless opportunities to capture the beauty that surrounds us, as our schedule will allow sufficient time for stops, whenever photographic inspiration ‘grabs’ us. Small groups of no more than six participants will ensure that everyone receives individual attention, and further instruction shall be given, according to each and everyone’s specific needs.
