On this 3-hour walking tour, I'll help you experience life as a Zaragoza local by leading you to some of my favorite foodie spots in the Old Town. First, we'll discover one of the most popular food markets in the center and meet local vendors to hear from them about the products in which they specialize. As we visit some of the sights around town, we will also pop into some gourmet shops selling artisanal meats, cheeses and olive oils. And when we have finally developed an appetite, we will visit my 3 favorite tapas bars to try Zaragoza-style tapas with local wines from Aragon.

The Moncayo is the highest mountain of the Iberian System (2316 meters) and is covered with forests and meadows of all kinds, because it has almost all climates, spread over its peaks and slopes; from the arctic to the arid, passing through the most typical boreal forests of Central Europe. We start by crossing a holm oak, an oak grove and an extensive pine forest (slowdriving with stops) We leave the car and continue under another pine forest of Scots pines until we reach a beech forest and then almost abandoned estiva (summer) meadows. The return, through another pine forest between scree until we cross a couple of glacial cirques and we will arrive at the Sanctuary (on the way, a couple of springs, in addition to the Fuente del Fraile) and descend to the parking lot.

A TRAVELING WORKSHOP We enter the Ordesa valley along a track under the forest, next to the Arazas riverbed. Until here it's normal. Why it's different. Because I propose a workshop meanwhile we walk, where we learn to ID birds, plants, trees, shrubs and mushrooms that grown in Ordesa National Park and why! How spread along the attitude and orientation. I will teach you how to calculate the years old of every wood, the birds, even the tracks of most frequent mammals that live there. Panticosa Spa is a glacier hole in the middle of Spanish Pyrenees; a granite hole rounded by peaks more high than 3000 meters. It has 4 lakes at less one hour of walk, 11 at less 2 hours and circa 80 at 4 hours! And has a multitude of species of trees, shrubs, flowers and mushrooms that grow along its trails. I propose you to visit some of the most unknown, and of greater diversity, where we will learn to identify those species that serve to heal or eat. A comfortable and entertaining tour, in which we will lack time. There is a specific path. There are few loops between a forest of maples, Scottish pines and black pines to the first fields, meadows and a small trough where the forest is closed again over streams and springs water (30 ') to ascend to a small pass, already in sight of the first lake of the Lumiachas (1 hour; and the time to take photos, identify plants ..) After, we'll return along the waterfalls of Caldarés river (1:30 am) to the Casa de Piedra refuge. We'll rest and review what we have found, resolve doubts and take a walk to the hot spring water and the lake to end!
