Maybe you have already heard about this place, as it is famous for its festival of photography, "Rencontres d'Arles", which takes place every year in summer. But let's focus on discovering the historical center of this amazing city. Arles has important remains of Roman times, and you will start your tour by discovering the exterior arena of Roman amphitheater, constructed in the 1st century. Then admire the Antique Theatre and the Arles Obelisk. If you would like to see another place, simply let your guide know your wishes and your tour will be adjusted accordingly. Keep in mind that Arles is also rich in museums, like Musée de la Camargue or Musée Réaltu, which you can visit on your own. Additionally, some of the buildings and cathedrals of Arles are UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and are a wonder to behold.

I'm a professional English speaking photographer (originally from the US) and I love to photograph solo travelers, couples and families in Arles! This tour is designed to be a casual, relaxed, fun photo session around the charming central historic district of Arles. We'll meet at the old Roman "colosseum" (arènes) , and then pass around many of the landmarks of the city, including some of the cute little streets where I'll photograph you. Each photo session is unique but will include 5-10 locations. You can dress casual or dress up a bit more (this will be really cute). My photography style is warm, with muted, soft, romantic colors. You can choose for a more casual/lifestyle approach to your photos, or more formal posed photos, perfect for your vacation album and for sharing with friends and family.
