With the help of our roaster guide you will learn how coffee is processed and roasted and the impacts on flavors. As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

Experience farm to table in an incredibly personal and authentic way, led be a member of our community who is passionate about growing food, and sharing it with others. We grow over 30 types of food, and will harvest fresh produce together. We will use whatever is in season to make a delicious meal together! After harvesting, we will prepare our meal in our barns beautifully finished loft, with views of Hilo Bay and Mauna Kea.

Cooking a Baumstriezel on an open campfire within an environment almost like a Botanical Garden is the experience you get at Baumkuchenfarm. Eating the warm cake and dipping it into e.g. Chocolate cream is a romantic Hawaiian experience.
