"The captain and crew were top knotch. The group was 10 people on a nice size catamaran. Had a nice snorkel and some additional perks such as a tequila tasting and 20% off at the suvienier store and 50% off at the diamond store. The photographer was amazing and I highly recommend you let him take a ton of photos of you. Buy the package. It's worth it!"

"We booked this private tour to pick us up at our hotel and take us to Chichen Itza for the day and back for four people. I was in touch with the company prior to, to arrange some specifics, including confirming pick up time and itinerary for the day. They were flexible and allowed us to map out the itinerary as we wished, which was perfect, since that's why I had chosen to book with them. On the day of, our driver Jose picked us up promptly at our hotel and drove us to Chichen Itza. He was super friendly and a really lovely driver. We did have one almost incident in the near beginng heading out of Playa Del Carmen as he was on his phone and a motorbike cut him off, which made it a bit slower to react, but overall the drive was mooth with him. He gave us ample time to explore Chichen Itza and made the journey easy. Thanks!"

"I was very happy to find their class offer, it went really well and I had a great learning from them. The best thing is they are a pair so each of them can teach you from the point of both leading and following. I was lucky to be offered a pick up as they were coming from the south and my hotel was on their way to the park which the class was arranged to give. "Robert, our guide, was very dedicated to finding the most sea life possible to make our experience memorable. We saw two turtles, multiple sea stars, and a lot of beautiful fish. We saw two of the underwater statues as well as a shipwreck. There was not as much of the underwater museum seen as I expected from the name of the tour; however, it was still amazing. I will say it was physically intense. A lot of jumping off the side of the boat quickly and up to a half hour at a time of swimming. Climbing back on the boat required some dexterity as well. Robert did a great job of helping those having difficulty."

"Booking this tour we ended up with an agency called "Wonderland" and had a private guide and pilot for the duration of the trip. This was good as we could travel light, leaving things safely in the transportation with the pilot. First stop was Tulum, around 70 minutes from our hotel, the guide (Tito) explained the itinerary during the journey. On arrival to Tulum there is a short 10 min walk to the entrance (we opted to walk but would take the bus next time so the children don't start to get tired, it was 50 or 100 pesos per adult). Tito was extremely knowledgeable about Tulum and the mayan culture, she was constantly looking for shaded areas where the children could rest from the hot sun and also took some really nice family photos of us. We took the bus back to the parking area after the tour where there was plenty of water and snacks waiting in the vehicle. Next stop was Akumal Bay, there is a private guide provided so only our group was together, we had a 4 and 7 year old, the 4 yo sat in the life ring and was pulled around with the guide whilst the rest of us snorkelled. Tito was pointing out the different marine life and we eventually found a turtle after around 20-30 mins of swimming, Tito made sure we all saw it and pointed out when it was surfacing for air. After this we stopped for lunch at a local taco bar, the tacos were very tasty and much needed after the morning. The last stop was to a cenote (cenote Azul) which was a relaxing swim and chance to see more fishes with the children in crystal clear water and more photos from Tito. We arrived back to the hotel around 1730 after a 0730 pick up, everyone slept well afterwards. Would recommend this trip and thought it was good value, Tito was great and answered all our questions throughout the day and wad very good with keeping the children engaged and judging when to rest. There was some confusion with the childrens ages as they were expecting an infant under 2 so had brought a car seat, when booking on the app the age group was 0-5, so it's probably best to write any ages in the comments to save any confusion from the information passed from Viator to the tour operator. The car seat was offloaded whilst in Tulum to give some more space (we had a 7 seater car for transport)."

"Our tour guide was soooo knowledgeable. He is an anthropologist and taught us so much about the Mayan culture during our tour through the Tulum Ruins. Then took us to the Gran Cenote. And finally, to the Kaan Luum lagoon. He also showed us the best places to take photos for instagram and was super patient when we decided to take photos in all locations. This experience was a 10/10. Thank you!!!"
