This tour will take you to 3 mountain tops with incredible views of the city, valley, and volcanoes near and around Antigua. Our first stop is ¨El Cerro de la Cruz ¨ Antigua’s famous lookout point known as ¨The Cross¨. After getting a close-up aerial view of the colonial city, we head up towards our Second stop,¨Earth Lodge¨. This is an Avocado plantation and ECO-lodge found in the mountain village of El Hato. We will have some time for a drink and snacks, relax on the hammocks, or take a short hike on the nature trail of the plantation. After visiting this marvelous place we will hop on a pick up truck towards our final stop ¨Hobbitenango¨. This is a lord of the rings themed Eco-Park where we catch the Sunset and are able to enjoy some food, drinks, and games. Here we will go up the hill and sightsee, enjoy great views and various activities in this enchanted little forest. Once, finished we will head back down the mountain towards our ATVs and back down to Antigua.

This is the only tour that offers you the ability to make it to the top of the Pacaya Volcano sitting comfortably on an ATV. Once at the peak of the volcano we walk around the crater, cook some snacks from the heat coming out of the volcano and enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding nature. Once we drive down the volcano we also take you to the surrounding villages around the top of the volcano, a lava field, and we check out the large windmills found in the area. This is a memorarble experience that only we are able to offer.

The first stop is a town called San Juan del Obispo, (at the foot of the Agua volcano). In San Juan, we visit a popular chocolate factory, where we will learn about the process of making chocolate (with tasting); We visit the main square of the town, (beautiful view of Antigua). We will visit the El Hato mountain, (north side of the valley); one of the best known sites in "Antigua". At the ̈Cruz ̈ we get a view of Antigua and the wonderful architecture of the city and the Volcanoes. We leave our ATVs parked and head to "Hobbitenango" in a van for sightseeing, great views, and various activities in this enchanted little forest. Our last stop is for lunch at a hidden mountain spot called "Earth Lodge", an avocado plantation with a restaurant and cabins and tree houses serving more casual fare like sandwiches, salads, and burgers to go with some fresh smoothies.

We will visit : Lachuá Lake is a Karstic lake in Guatemala. It is located in the middle of a national park covered with tropical rain forest, northwest of Cobán, near the border between the departments of Alta Verapaz and El Quiché. The lake is near circular in shape and is probably a cenote or doline.
