"We had such a good experience on this excursion. Communication before and during our trip was prompt and they were very accommodating to a few minor adjustments we needed to make on our timing. Ricardo answered my call the morning of the excursion and helped guide me to the marina. He personally waited for us in the parking lot when we arrived. Rafael and David were our guides for the day. We had 3 smaller children in our group (5, 8, 10). Rafael and David were very attentive to everyone's needs. David was a great snorkel guide. It was our first drift snorkel and he did an excellent job showing us the way. He helped us spot a lion fish, eel, turtle, sting ray, and a nurse shark! The water was amazingly clear! We definitely had plenty of snorkel time and didn't feel rushed at all. We stopped at a nice beach and they served fresh guacamole and ceviche (cold drinks all day as well). Props to Rafael on the food! The ceviche was legitimately the best ceviche I've ever had. I would highly recommend this excursion and this staff. Top notch and professional."

"The Cozumel Reef Snorkeling Tour was excellent. Getting it scheduled was a bit challenging because the first date was full and the second date/time overlapped with our COVID tests, but after that it went very well! They picked us up at the resort on time and took us to the ferry terminal. From there they gave us a ticket for the ferry and we waited for the next boat to leave for Cozumel. Once we landed at the Cozumel ferry terminal we went directly to the boat for the trip. It was a very nice boat, that was well kept, clean and organized! The staff was excellent and the snorkeling was very good. We also saw the starfish and anchored to eat our provided lunches, which were very good! And, we were delighted to see a stingray in the shallow water where we were anchored. The staff was patient and helpful and we had a great day!! They got us back to the ferry terminal in time to return to Playa del Carmen by 7 PM, as several of us had Christmas dinners at our resorts. Well done, and money well spent!"

"It is very easy to catch a taxi once out of the port shopping area. $4 per person was the rate we were given and were combined with others going to the beach a very short drive away. Once at the shop, we were greeted and welcomed very nicely. The gear was typical rental gear and sufficient. Our dive master and boat crew were super helpful and courteous. It was a short walk to the boat and a short ride to the sites. Coral and fish were plentiful and healthy. We saw the largest loggerhead turtle ever! Renzo did a great job spotting critters for us."
