"We had a brilliant afternoon visiting the caves. They were fascinating and our guide Antonio was very knowledgeable and made the tour really fun. We saw howler monkeys on the journey and several creatures in the caves including hundreds of bats. Would definitely recommend if you want to do something a bit different."

The tour was challenging in some aspects but they were always helpful in assisting us to comfortably navigate to the top of the trail that we could "legally" climb to. The tour ended with a dip in the hot springs and we all enjoyed the warmth of the springs with some good spirits."

"We had an excellent time on this tour. Joe was an exceptional tour guide. He was informative about the Costa Rican crops & culture during the entire ride to Cano Negro, And was able to find an abundance of wildlife during the tour. Our favorite experience was visiting the howler monkeys! He knew exactly which tree they lived in and We got spectacular pictures and up close spectacular sightings! We also saw numerous wetland birds, iguanas, turtles, bats and much much more! The fresh fruit they serve before the tour was plentiful and delicious and the authentic Costa Rican food was also fresh and very tasty! They also gave a sugarcane presentation and when you got to taste pure sugarcane, Costa Rican moonshine and coffee. I highly recommend the tour it was very relaxing and pleasurable"

Our guide Marcus was super-friendly and extremely knowledgeable in identifying all the species of animals and answering our questions about them. He was also great at spotting things that we would never have even noticed - very impressive! The snack at the end was also a lovely touch and exceeded our expectations! The lunch that was provided was one of our best meals during our whole trip and it was in a beautiful location as well. It is a smaller family operated tour company. We enjoyed everyone we met. If I had not been traveling with children I might have planned to go here without a tour guide however I was glad that I booked this trip as it was very enjoyable."
