"I highly recommend this excursion. Our tour guide, Carlos, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was great and everything about the day was a perfect experience. The zip lining is a lot of fun with gorgeous views as you’re moving through the trees. Staff is extremely helpful and they are sure to maintain your safety at all times. The water tubing on rapids was thrilling and it was great to experience the views and wildlife. The tour guides were on tubes right behind you making sure you stayed afloat and got through the water safely. Once this was done we had mud baths and hot springs which were beautiful. The day ended with a wonderful authentic Costa Rican lunch. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area."

"The hiking was interesting (use bug spray) and the tubing was so much fun and certainly different from all other activities. be prepared for rapids. The guys running the tubing were on top of it at all times and helped so much - can't say enough good about them. Excellent job. Recommend!"

"This has been one of our favorite excursions so far in CR. A nice relaxed pace with a very knowledgeable guide made for a great float. A sloth, 2 species of monkey, lots of birds, a Jesus Christ lizard, just to name some of what we saw. "My family and I definitely recommend you taking this tour. We lucked out and received Rainer as our guide. He was so knowledgeable, kind and accommodating to all of our needs. We all learned a lot, not only about The volcano Miravalles, but of the waterfalls, hot springs, and the surrounding towns and lands. We booked our trip last minute (the night before), and even though we received confirmation, we were not 100% it would still go through (do to our late registration). Rainer was at our condo (which we also requested (not listed as one of the main resorts)) promptly at 7:00 am and ready to go. We were the only ones who signed up, so we received a private tour. Again Rainer was so great to speak with, and learn from due to the pride and knowledge he has of his country. The tour itself was a bit more rugged than the other tours we had been on, which we all loved. They were shorter hikes, on a tiny bit more rugged terrain. My 10 year old and 8 year old truly enjoyed the hikes. My 8 year old, who seems to get winded quicker than the rest of us, even mentioned that she enjoyed the hike more than the others we had been on. We crossed suspension bridges, saw beautiful flora, and were overall floored that we were a part of this experience. Once we hiked both trails, we went to the hot springs/volcanic mud baths/water pots/craters. This in itself was its own magical experience, and again Rainer could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Finally we ended our tour with an incredibly delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch at the reception building. Again, my youngest (the pickiest eater of all of us) even enjoyed her chicken, pasta, and gallo pinto. What a beautiful experience from the pickup, to the tour, to the drop off! Do yourself a favor and book this tour."

"Zipline experience was awesome! Great views of the ocean and RIU resort. Long runs, but I always felt safe. Even the Superman ride was not so scary. On a scale of 1-10 (hi), I give the experience a 3 or 4. Very safe. Everyone was very friendly."
