Visit Uxmal independently or on a hassle-free day trip from Merida or Cancun with round-trip transport. Tour to Uxmal, Cenote & Chocolate Museum from Mérida
Uxmal was amazing! Just the trip to it is worth it. The entrance fee is higher now, $490 MXN or so. Our tour guide Raúl was very knowledgeable. Bring insect repellent!

Yaxcopoil Hacienda & Uxmal Plus Cenote from Merida
A Tour to see Uxmal, Yaxcopoil Hacienda, an once privately owned mansion. How it was laid out beautifully and made it function to run the business. The guide explained clearly. Lunch was good. It also included cave swimming.

Best Trip in the Yucatan Peninsula

2-Day Trip of Main Yucatan Attraction Including Uxmal and Izamal
This is by far one of the best trips offered in the Yucatan. We got to experience everything! From the majestic ruins of Uxmal with its impressive architecture and off-the-beaten path feel (we were only 2 out of 10 people in the whole site), to the colonial streets of Merida (where we stayed at a beautiful colonial hotel blocks away from the main square), to the world wonder that is Chichen Itza, to swimming in one of the best cenotes ever, this trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide/driver was Abram was so knowledgeable and so patient. Not only did he shows us things we could have missed (like another set of ruins in Chichen Itza), to making sure we captured every detail in our photographs (he took us to the best spots). I highly recommend this tour! You'll not be disappointed and will rave about to your family and friends.

Uxmal and Choco Story Private Tour
Our guide Raul was wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were very accommodating and we never felt rushed. The pickup was right on time and the large van was comfortable and snacks/drinks were provided. The price is very good, especially considering all fees and lunch were provided. Lunch was very good.

Private Tour: Archeological Site Of Uxmal and the Chocolate Museum Day Trip
DON'T MISS THIS TOUR! Jorge was an INCREDIBLE guide! He was so knowledgeable, passionate, patient and kind. This tour was our favorite of everything we did on our trip! Uxmal is a sprawling, meticulously restored Mayan city. It blew Chichen Itza right out of the water in my opinion. A true must see. The Chocolate Museum is truly more of an experience than a Museum! We LOVED it!! There were several stations with live demonstrations & the Museum is also an animal sanctuary to monkeys, jaguars, deer & crocodiles. Incredible. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough! Go, go, go - you won't regret it.

Yaxcopoil Hacienda & Uxmal Plus Cenote from Merida
Uximal and hacienda were amazing, Raul our guide was very personable and informative, easy to warm to. This tour gIves great insight into life in the hacienda and mayan beliefs and practices. No vendors at Uximal makes the experience more enjoyable and emersive, they were a distraction at chichen unfortunately.

Puuc Route

Named for its Maya ruins, the Puuc Route runs along Highway 261 and links Uxmal with three other Puuc-style archaeological sites—Kabal, Sayil, and Labna. In addition to Maya ruins, you also find several small artisan villages, historic haciendas, and hidden cenotes along this well-traveled route that winds through a hilly area of the Yucatan Peninsula.
