Cairns Arrival Transfer:Airport to City, Northern Beaches or Port Douglas Hotels

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 1 day of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability
• The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 piece of luggage under 30kg + 1 small carry on per passenger. Oversized or excessive luggage will be required to pay an excess of AUD$10 per bag for transfers to Cairns City hotels and AUD$15 per bag for all the other destinations. Excess is payable direct by cash.
• Please note: car seats, large prams, golf clubs, surfboards, strollers and bicycles require pre-notification and a $15 excess luggage fee payable direct by cash.
• Please notify service provider of any additional luggage prior to your arrival.
• Please call Airport Connections to re-confirm your transfer the day prior to travel, office hours are generally 07:00am to 17:00pm Mon-Fri and 09:00-16:00 Sat, Sun. Limited hours on public holidays.

• Children under 1 years are complimentary only if not occupying their own seat, and must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Child prices valid for 1 to 12 year olds only. *(In Queensland child restraints are generally not required on buses, trains or personalised transport services such as taxi, limousine and ride-booking services). If a child seat is required, then this is subject to availability and a direct fee is payable. Children can-not travel unattended.
• This is a shared shuttle service that may meet multiple flights arriving close together. Please note you will potentially have to wait while the driver locates other transfer guests.
• If you miss your flight, have a delay or change your itinerary, you must immediately contact Airport Connections Cairns. There is no guarantee of service for last minute changes, however we will endeavour to transfer guests onto a later service if available.
• Transfers operated by Airport Connections and/or their code share partners.
• Airport to hotel transfers operate between 07:00am to 19:00pm only.
• Please ensure you allow at least 30mins after your scheduled arrival time in order to be able to collect your luggage and meet your driver.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
