No one every contacted me to provide a pickup time. I had to cancel and switch to Uber for transportation.

Pedro was my reservation agent and he was very helpful. He communicated with me about the driver arriving later than scheduled. I’m not sure why the driver was more than 45 minutes late but is was a good thing I allowed extra time to get to the airport. The driver did not offer an explanation or apologize.
