Meet your guide at the corner of Mallorca and Marina street next to the metro elevator (with a big red M). It is situated in front of the Sagrada Familia gift shop (Botiga de la Sagrada Familia). The guide will have an Amigo Tours sign. Please be at least 10 minutes earlier there for the check in.

This activity will end right where it started.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Please note that the language of the tour may be different depending on the option selected.
  • Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
  • Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
  • If you choose the tour in English and Spanish this would be a bilingual tour, the guide explain simultaneously in English and Spanish
  • Please note that discreet clothing is mandatory, the access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
  • Please note that the access to the Towers is not included in this tour.

This was my third attempt to visit inside Sagrada Família, having been taken there over 20 years ago & it was closed. Last year all tickets were sold & so excited to go this year. It didn’t disappoint. Truly breathtaking inside, you will have a moment where you are overwhelmed by the enormity of Gaudí s lifetime of work & passion. Try & go mid morning before the crowds & see the sunlight streaming in through the stained glass windows.

Missed tour completely!! Absolutely no customer service!

We were sent a confirmation with a meeting place with a name of a bar and no address. There are three bars in Barcelona with the same name and our cab driver took us to the wrong one. We knew that because of this, we were going to arrive late for our 18:00/6:00 PM tour. Two of us tried to contact Amigo Tours with the number provided on the confirmation. Between the two of us, we called a minimum of 10 times. Each time we reached a recorded greeting in Spanish, then English, then it would ring about 5 times and then the call would disconnect. We started calling from 5:45 until about 6:45 pm and never could reach anyone. I even tried to contact someone via email but still have never gotten a response!!! All the tickets were sold out for that day and we were leaving the following day so never got a chance to visit the only site I had definitely wanted to see while in Barcelona. Finally reached someone at the office the next day, explained what had happened and they told me that there was definitely someone in the office until 7:00 pm. As a told them, if they were there, either their phone system was messed up or the person in the office was ignoring the calls, They told us that we had to contact Viator because they provided an incomplete address and it wasn't their responsibility!! We are going to request a refund for being provided an incomplete address as well as the inability to reach someone with the tour company.

We visited La Sagrada Familia in June and it was glorious. Our tour guide, Sarah, was magnificent. She was knowledgeable, funny, helpful (and quite patient with our group who asked a lot of questions and asked her to take a lot of pictures!) Sarah took the time to teach us about the structure, the architecture, the art, and the meaning behind so many nuances of La Sagrada Familia. It was obvious that Sarah had a passion for sharing all she knew. Thank you Sarah!

Extremely Unreliable - Be careful!

Tour guide greeted us and then left us waiting. We arrived at the meeting point on time, and were greeted by the tour guide. He verified our names and then asked us to wait for him to return. We waited for an hour and he never came back. We called the vendor's local number several times and only reached a recording. So we never received the tour. When we requested a refund through Viator, the vendor responded that we had never shown up. We had no way of proving otherwise.

There was a mix-up on meeting point location, but one we found each other, it was a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. She sent me to use the elevator because of my knee situation and watched for me during the tour so I didn't get left behind. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

We booked this a week in advance and really weren't sure what we would get out of it, but the guides were right where we were told to be and on time. They provided clear instructions and what was needed to do and what we would be doing. They got us in to the tour with ease and did a great job during the tour telling us about everything and the pace was just right. We toured the main area inside and both myself and wife enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed. Paid $125 euro for 3 adults. Tour was 55 minutes and the guide's English was difficult to understand. La Sagrada Familia is beautiful and I would recommend that you go. However, even with skipping the line, this tour was extremely overpriced and the guide lackluster.
