The city of Barcelona is magnificent and your tour bus was the best way for getting around and experience the most over two days. The audio system worked well which was good since I have heard that some buses have issues. Good weather so up on top was great. Very busy at familia segrata but that should be expected

We found some of the history of Barcelona to be unexpectedly complex. This includes sites of importance during Spanish Civil War. Issues with the Jewish population over the centuries was unknown to us and it was interesting to hear these points included in talk of the Black Death!

honestly this would have been good but the locations of the places are so horribly inaccurate we ended up having to walk ~2 miles to figure out where exactly the bus would stop and stopped earlier than advertised! they gave out inaccurate maps in the actual BUS!!!

Seeing the beautiful cathedral and the port! Able to sit on the top of the bus in the shade. The ear equipment to hear the tour guide was comfortable, and most of the time explaining what we were looking at. The tour was worth the cost!

Great experience! We had an obstacle with our very first stop by our hotel because they were setting up for a marathon in Barcelona! So our stop didn’t exist that day!! Luckily there was a number to call on our Viator receipt. No one really could have expected that! We walked up to stop 11 and once we figured out what the sign and bus looked like, we were fine for the rest of the day. We stopped off and walked down La Rambla, then cut over to a side street in the Gothic area for a tapas stop at an adorable outside cafe. We walked directly to the stop for the catamaran and there was no problem getting the tickets. The boat ride was about 15/20 minutes. Very windy, but enjoyable to see Barcelona from the water. Our next stop was the Miro museum, which was wonderful.

This is a great introduction to the city. Every stop held some history. The narration was by headphone which is fine, but we missed the personality aspect of a real person. All in all we found the selection of stops, price, comfort and duration just right.

No catamaran, and so far no help from Viator.com

With all due respect to the hop on hop off bus part of this trip which was fine, the reason that we selected this trip in particular was for the one hour catamaran cruise. However we waited and waited for the catamaran to show up and never did. The other part that’s frustrating, is that why Viator has a place to request a refund. So I have gone through all of the correct questions and taking the time to write my explanation as to why I would like a partial refund on this particular tour. However when I finish the Viator website tells me that it cannot process this and then I must call them. I wish they would’ve just told me this before I took the time to request the refund. So now I’ve been on hold with Viiter for well over 20 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone so I could say the very same thing that I’m saying in this review and get a partial refund. Hopefully, before I die they will pick up the phone.

We loved everything about this tour! Karim, our guide, was fabulous, very personable, polite, and so knowledgeable. It is a 6 1/2 hour tour but worth every minute. We learned so much about Barcelona, and, of course, the grand finale was Guell Park and the Sagrada Familia. We highly recommend this tour!!
