Barcelona Small Group Tour with Sagrada Familia, Park Güell & La Pedrera

Fantastic tour If you want to know Barcelona this is the tour you need to take. Our tour guide Miguel was fabulous, professional, and very knowledgable of the city of Barcelona. The tour is well structured and all the tickets are purchased in advance so you don’t need to wait in any line since you are in a private tour and have more time to enjoy the city. Miguel will point out all relevant facts of the places you visit. He is very funny and amicable. He knows the city very well. The tour consists of a walk in the old town including the Gothic quarter, having a light breakfast in front of one of the medieval churches in the old town, then a car tour with highlights of places that you would miss if you went exploring your own. The tour then continues with the Gaudi creations including the houses and park. Before the highlight of the tour you will stop after the park you will stop for jamón ibérico (ibérico ham), sangria or your favorite beverage and then you will enter to paradise in a surreal world of Gaudi creation still under construction La Sagrada Familia that is a joy of science, faith and architecture marvel from the creation of the mind of a very religious man, Mr Gaudi. Before heaven most likely every soul on earth should ustop at La Sagrada Familia.

Barcelona has long been one of my favorite European cities. This tour allowed me to show my family, who had never been to Europe, Barcelona’s greatest highlights. Our guide, Miguel, was just incredible. He tailored his presentation to my family which is still singing his praises.

Miguel was very passionate about sharing the history and culture of Barcelona. It definitely gave us a great overview of the city in one day.

This trip was AMAZING! 8 hours of pure enjoyment with Miguel from We Are Guides Barcelona on what essentially became a private tour because no one else signed up for this one. The first half of the day was a tour of the old city with history and culture from Roman times thru the 18th Century. We had amazing coffee mid morning with views of the church Santa Maria del Mar. Then it was off to Sagrada Familia...there is nothing you can say about that place...just go see it! And take Miguel because his passion for all thing Gaudi (especially Sagrada Familia) was truly awe inspiring. After the tour we went for lunch at a lovely little local restaurant with a fantastic Menu Del Dia! Then it was a short taxi ride up to Parc Guell! Again amazing with fantastic views and Miguel's great knowledge made it all the better. Our final stop was LA Pedrera or Casa Mila as it is officially known. That place never disappoints beautiful views and crazy amazing architecture. Miguel was the perfect host for his adopted city of Barcelona! This was a truly memorable day!

Amazing! Man, when they said "professional" tour guide, they weren't kidding. Our guide was an expert on local customs, history, architecture, I felt like there wasn't a question she didn't know the answer to. It was a lot of walking, so wear comfy shoes. It seemed a little pricey, but when you consider the admission fees to Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and Park Guell, it's not bad, and 100% worth it.

Our guide was an absolute delight! She loves her city and was very enthusiastic to share her knowledge with us. We were amazed by both the interior and exterior of La Sagrada Familia! It was the highlight of a trip that took us to six countries. The genius of Gaudi is unmatched.

We had a great trip and got to see many wonderful things. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the group got along well.

She was super professional, kind, courteous, bubbly, energetic, and a wealth of information & history. She made the tour extremely personable, interesting, and informational. She was also very kind to my mother, who uses a walker with wheels to get around...she made suggestions for her to best get around. She was just like being with family! Would recommend her to anyone!!

If I could give this tour 10 stars I would. We were nervous because there was a taxi driver strike in the city and I didn’t see the message from the tour company asking to reschedule. But we got to the meeting place and found out from the guide that it was just us two and him for the day. So we managed to have a private tour which meant a lot of cool extras. Our guide, Miguel, was the absolute best and since it was just us, he acted as our personal photographer and made taking pictures so much fun. He gave us great recommendations for food and drinks as well. He did such a great job teaching us the history of everything we saw. It was the most amazing tour ever!!!
