- Please note that the lift is only available to ascend to the top of the tower, for the descent you will have to use the stairs.

What a breathtaking tour this was. Our guide, Iris, was incredibly knowledgeable and very fun to be with. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour to La Sagrada Familia and would definitely recommend this tour to those wanting to learn more about this amazing structure.

After arriving early to our meet up spot, our tour guide told us we were able to go get water and return back. Upon our return our tour guide was no where to be found. When trying to call the number presented on our ticket we were met with a "user busy" tone. Minutes later we saw our tour guide already in the Sagrada while we were still outside. When asked to come retrieve us he shrugged his shoulders and said that he couldn't. Our tickets went to waste and we ended up having to spend more money to buy a regular ticket to go see Sagrada. Our group was confused as to why the guide would allow us to go get water and then leave all while knowing we would be returning back.

The number of people visiting the Sagrada Familia is overwhelming. Thus it was excellent to have fast entry to this special attraction and not to have to queue for tickets or wait in a long to gain entry to this attraction.
Our guided tour was very enjoyable and our guide gave us a wealth of information about all the pertinent features of this attraction.
Having access to the Tower was a bonus. The views across the city were stunning.

Booked this trip via Viator. Booking process straightforward . Meeting point easily located in a very busy area directly opposite the group entrance which is clearly identified. Easy to get to this attraction via the metro. Tour guide informative and able to answer questions that people in the tour asked. Headsets worked! Inside and outside the building you see what has influenced the architecture with a mix of old and new influences depending on when each area/facade was built. Security type checks and long queues to get in for the afternoon trip - maybe less busy in the mornings. Plenty of cafes to eat/drink in the local area. Did not feel rushed although the tour , relatively short, lasted approx 1.5 hours. Unfortunately the towers were not accessible and having paid to go into one of the towers, was disappointed but a technical issue prevented the group from entering the towers. Viator refunded the money very promptly for this which i thought was excellent service.
