I am flexible and will normally arrange to pick up guests at their hotel in Normandy, with the eception of Caen. Normally, I can pick up and drop off at hotels and B&Bs within 25 km of Bayeux.

Dean is a highly knowledgeable guide who can speak to anyone regardless of your previous knowledge on Normandy. He's easy going and focuses 100% on you during the tour. In a gig where the guide can make or break your experience Dean will make you trip. At the end I felt like we were old friends not just a client or anything. Great in-depth knowledge of the players that you will not find with the average tour guid. A great appreciation and reverence for the breath and scope of the total event. He genuinely cares for the rendering and transference of the knowledge on a personal level. Great tour!!

Dean is a superb guide. Bar none. This is our 5th time in Normandy and we have visited the beaches and museums and memorials on previous visits but on this trip we wanted to dig deeper so we decided to hire a private guide. We are so grateful that Dean was available. He brought everything to life and told us so many stories of individuals who played vital roles in the invasion. You know in the abstract that countless thousands sacrificed their lives but learning about specific individuals made the tour so memorable. It was sobering but yet we also heard Many uplifting and sometimes funny tales. Dean is extremely personable and can tailor the tour to your interests. I strongly recommend you brush up on DDay history before embarking on your tour. At a minimum watch The Longest Day or Saving Private Ryan! Thank you so much Dean for an absolutely unforgettable experience!!

Dean is an excellent guide! He is very knowledgeable about the Normandy invasion and has a great understanding of the historical facts of that era. One can tell that he cares about communicating this knowledge to his guests and relaying as much as he can about the brave men who were a part of the invasion.

Dean was fantastic. Knowledgeable, enthusiatic,and entertaining, he brought the events of D-Day alive. He had great stories of individual bravery and some unique stops that were off-the-beaten-path, inspiring and worthwhile. I can't recommend Dean highly enough.
