There was no local phone to contact reservation desk and when I tried to call the number (from person that confirmed reservation) it just rang, no answer.

Our shuttle was 30 min late and we did not get leis which we paid extra for. That said the driver was nice and got us to our hotel quickly. Also when I called to get a status on the shuttle before it arrived I was on hold for 30 min. The shuttle showed up first.

The ride was interesting. Tour guide very knowledgeable. The Lei experience was a waste of money and time. We were not meet at the baggage claim, like the other companies, but when we got to the van, the Lie was taken out of a plastic bag and placed around our necks with no expression. That sucks.

The drivers for both trip to the hotel and back to the airport were both wonderful and even made suggestions on places to visit while on the islands. I only have one complaint the pick up to the hotel ran very late like 1/2 hour 45 minutes late. And we were left to stand in the sun by another shuttle driver. We even paid extra for a meet and greet reception with leis. We received the leis but we had no one to meet and greet us at the airport. Idk if it was really worth the additional funds

Worst. Experience. Ever. They did not send my reservation to the shuttle company and we were not allowed to aboard the shuttle. We were told if I called Viator and had them send it they would let us board. I called and was lied to repeatedly. Rep said he sent and then said another driver was coming. We were stuck with no transport to the hotel. We had to pay another shuttle a one-way fare when I had paid for this in full.
