Wonderful tour with Javier who is hugely knowledgable & enthusiastic during an enjoyable 2 hour tour. We found the guided tour added so much to the experience of the museum inside and outside, particularly given the modern nature of the collection. Very highly recommend this tour which was the highlight of our trip to Bilbao.

Perfect tour inside and outside the museum!

Javier explained very animatedly the history of the museum and its details outside and the permanent exhibitions inside the museum. He was patient (with our kids) and animating at the same time. The tour took at least 3 hours. Javier was very flexible to meet our individual requests. We strongly recommend this tour as we would have missed out main elements of the Guggenheim experience otherwise.

Ticket were available for the museum from the tour operator at 10:00 am. We bought the tickets the night before. Next day in the morning we got a text saying that there were no tickets and that they could only do the tour at 4:30 pm. They offered very little apology. When requesting a refund basically they said “ will see”.

Lo sentimos mucho. Nos pusimos en contacto con usted ya que en pandemia, ofrecemos grupos más pequeños, incluso individualizados para cada familia por temas de covid. Reservaron a las 9.30 pm y la oficina esta cerrada. A las 7.30 am, les comunicamos que debíamos cancelar o cambiar de hora. A esa hora era imposible, no rebasamos el numero de clientes.
