Our tour guide, Joe, was fantastic. He was very informative about the area and had a plan to take us to various areas along the Basque coast; however, he was flexible with the timing and the places we visited based on requests within the group. We had a custom tour from Bilbao up to Biarritz and on the way back saw some places like Gernika. We really enjoy learning about the history of the Basque people and loved the beautiful coastline. Our tour guide was Joe, who spoke very good English and had a good knowledge of the area. He was very helpful in customizing where we were interested in going.
