We had a great time at the chocolate making workshop , the instructor was super cool, very informative and definitely passionate about chocolate. We made two different types of chocolate and drank delicious hot chocolate while waiting for our masterpieces to cool . No better place on earth to learn about making chocolates .

The workshop was wonderful. Maria was so charismatic and fun. I didn't mind not individually making Ganache. However, I really would have liked a handout worth the recipe. We did ask and never received one. I would still appreciate one of paddocks. As everyone would like the ability to try and make them again at home.
