The day was amazing and well planned. The crews are helful, friendly and funny. They made the tour very pleasant. We went on a very sunny day and the reefs were stunning! Well organised trip, very friendly crew who were supportive and attentive throughout. The two reef sites we visited to snorkel were magnificent, and the crew were in the water with safety rings to enable the less confident snorkelers to experience the wonders of the reef. A special thank you to Ada for her expert guidance at both reef sites.

How helpful and kind the people were who ran this event. Special Shout-out to Ada who was very happy to help a person with my issues to enjoy the snorkel time. Very patient and a great purser aboard. Speaking of which being on board was great, good lunch with plenty to be had by all. One caution which the operator cannot help with wind speed increased, so do the swells . Make sure you have sea legs and stomach or try bringing your remedy or buy onboard. It was a great day and I cannot say enough about this crew.

I was afraid of scuba diving so wasn't sure to do it until the very last moment. However the scuba instructors' briefing and assurance convinced me to try it, so I did. Their professionalism and empathy was truly what made this experience unforgettable. No mention needed for the great barrier reef: amazing to see it in real life snorkelling and scuba diving; the catamaran (so many different types of spaces to hang around in!), explanation on coral reef, chat with crew members and their kindness. Plus, the number of people was not overwhelming. Please do have this experience with them. Thanks Lea, Ada, Erin and other crew members. (..Especially to Lea for the courage!)

All staff on and off boat knew they are doing- they are awesome, their customer service, their knowledge and helpfulness was above and beyond. They made sure the reef experience for all on boat was beyond expectations. Remember Simon- very helpful, took me around at second stop with floatation tube. Don't remember the name of the girl who took me around on first stop, but she was awesome. They made sure we saw something unique at the reef, making this trip a memorable one. Great job team!! Will definitely refer you to friends and family. Excellent!!

The staff was the best. They all were genuinely nice and friendly. Ariel stood out for me. She helped me in snorkelling and she made sure all the questions were answered thoroughly. The name suits her. One can easily feel overwhelmed, scared and nervous but the staff will make all the effort to help and support. The presentation on the reef was quite amusing. It was intelligent to have that presentation on the way back as it creates distraction from sea sickness. It worked for me. Everyone in the staff was making sure if we were comfortable and created a pleasant environment. The weather wasn't great but it was still an amazing experience. Loved how they all stood out on the deck to wave us good bye :)
