The galleon of The Lobster Dinner tour departs from the Marina Aquatours Pier, located at Km 6.25 of the Blvd. Kukulcan, of the Hotel Zone of Cancun, (across Playa Tortugas - Turtles beach) We strongly recommend staying in the pier half an hour before the departure time.

I had to pay for m lobster twice. According to the dock I had booked two steaks which they receive from your company. I paid for the lobster and in order to get it on the boat I was forced to pay it again. And still havent been refunded by this company

Our evening was for my Best Friends bday and everything was absolutely perfect - from the pick up- to the ez check in at the port and the whole experience on the boat was lovely! It seems it is focused around couples but it was a great experience. The host, Sergio was absolutely amazing and funny! Thanks to the Columbus Boat for such an awesome experience 💙

It wasn't a great experience. The food was okay. When you exit off the boat be careful. My elderly mother and myself fell off ramp. They need to fix that ASAP!!
