We really enjoyed this...

We really enjoyed this tour and thought it was well worth the money. We were staying at a downtown airbnb so they messaged on Whatsapp and gave us the nearest hotel pick up.
The tour guides were funny and gave a lot of good information about the itinerary and during the tour. One guide did it in English, the other in Spanish. Chichen Itza was very interesting to see, the lunch taco buffet was small but tasty, the Samaal Cenote was refreshing and Valladolid was a quick stop to get a dessert (marquesitas!!!) and watch the local dancers for a few minutes. We had a great time. You can pay the Chichen Itza entry fees at check-in in dollars or pesos. Bring a couple bottles of water for Chichen Itza and cash for drinks at lunch, spending and tips and you should be all set!
Good experience

An Amazing & Phenomenal Experience!!!

It was a beautiful experience!! Jesus, the archeologist, Francisco and Lorenzo the drivers, did a phenomenal job. I enjoyed learning the History, and culture of the Mayan people. We were able to see how the locals live and the different architecture of various time span, such as colonial period, etc. The Cenote was an experience. It was beautiful just to see it live and in person. Jesus who is an Mayan, had so much knowledge, broke everything down that even a child can understand. We were able to see an Obsidian rock and also meet with a Native Mayan Doctor/Medicine Man/Shaman. The guides took really good care of us and made us aware of what and where we should go. I felt very safe....It is a full day event that is so worth it. You will not be disappointed with this team. You will have an unforgettable experience.

Incredible day to Chichn Itza!

This tour was incredible, i'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews to be honest. The guides Adrian and Victor were amazing, they explained everything in detail and threw in lots of jokes and humour. We had plenty of time to explore Chichn Itza and the Cenote, and the guide was so knowledgeable. I was travelling alone and also made some new friends on this tour. Pick up was exactly at the time mentioned, and they dropped me off right outside my hotel. Adrian even walked me across the road to make sure I got safely to my hotel. Honestly, the guides went above and beyond, even remembering all guests by their name! Can't recommend this enough!
Amazing

Cancun to Chichen Itza

This was a great tour! Picked up by a shuttle from my AirBnB and was driven to Plaza Isla where we got our wristbands and where we also boarded our tour bus!
Our tour guides Ramon (if I remember correctly) and Mina were great and sweet. They told us a lot about Mayan culture, language, food, and drinks.
Mina was also very accommodating and made sure our entire experience was excellent.
We first went to Cenote Suytun and then had the Mayan lunch buffet before stopping by Valladolid for 15 minutes to stretch, use the bathroom, and take pictures of the colonial Church.
In Chichen Itza, Ramon led the English tour while Mina led the Spanish tour for 40 minutes. We were given almost 1 hour of free time!
We were driven back to Cancun and some people including myself had to switch to a different van since our AirBnB and hotels were away from the Hotel Zone.
Excellent experience.
Great!!

Horrible expérience...!! Worst ever in my life! I want ou money back!

I chose Chitzen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid tour To discover a bit of Mexico. What a disappointment!
My trip started with an on time pick up with a van, which was good. Then we went to a place to take a coach and then to a meeting point, from where we departed at 09h00am..so far so good.
Unfortunately after that started the terrible of the tour...I went To a coach, where there were a guide which name is Gonzalo..he spent his time asking about money; I even call that "moaning". I do not want to offend anyone however it is unacceptable To spend most of time resquesting money to support mayas, To support the guide, to support local population and so on. Gonzalo has no idea about how hard I work to pay my holiday and I am not a bank! There are not only Mayas population who are still discriminated, but also Black people! And do we ask for any support? It is not normal To hear, " in the USA the minimum salary is $15 while in Mexico it is $06"..It is also not normal To hear here in Mexico there are 5 social classes: rich and very rich then poor and very poor and in between you have the guides..also it is not my problem how long the guides work per day: 16 or 17 hours per day. We spent our day hearing such things while Gonzalo also told us that the worst thing of this world is jalousy..Did he want To make me Feel bad as I am a tourist?
Regarding the food, it was very bad quality. The cenote was also not terrible.
When arriving in Chitzen Itza, we were with an other guide who has a very difficult english.
What is more, I also remember Gonzalo requesting tips at the end or the day saying that he will not pass a box over the bus for the tips but that he will collect the tips in hands at our exit...that's a such same! This is forcing people To give.. I already pay my tour and Chitzen itza and I must pay again the guide and his family and Mexico and so on...:(
The worst is that I hear Thank you for the tips..God Bless You..our house will be always open for you. Do not listen what you hear on the news regarding Mexico..Well.. my experience in Mexico was Just horrendous, much more than what I heard on the TV..I Will personally not invite people to travel to Mexico.
Finally Gonzalo told us that about 3 months ago a man came to him saying that he is talking too much, the man explained to him that he was on this tour only To take pics..that he does not care about all of his talking..Apparently Gonzalo remained without any voice, as he was "frozen". Respect our holiday!
