shared transportation is only provided to hotels in Cancun Hotel zone, before you choose make sure that your hotel is located at the Cancun Hotel Zone if your hotel is located at puerto Morelos or playa mujeres they are not part of the Cancun Hotel Zone

Once you arrive to cancun airport, take the exit of travel agencies and tour operators and meet with us at the following locations terminal 3 at platform 26 in front of the margarita ville bar. terminal 2 in front of the welcome bar terminal 4 in front of the welcome bar. for departures from hotel to Cancun airport please call us a day before your departure to confirm your pick up time. on transfers from hotel to Cancun airport the first pick up will be at 8 am and we will continue picking up passengers on other hotels usually 3 more stops.

We booked the service with enough time to allow for delays to our flight. We arrived on time. We then waited for the shuttle to arrive at our designated pick up time. Eventually we found the agent and we were told it would take 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately this took 45 minutes. This was most unacceptable. No apologies were given for the delay, nor where we informed why this happened. Eventually when we made it on the bus the other passengers told us they were waiting for us to arrive to depart; which was clearly not the case. What is most disturbing is the delay we encountered also effected the other customers. I would avoid this service at all costs, and take your business elsewhere.

Arrived on a 1 hour delayed flight rang to advise. Our names not on list after that was sorted we waited nearly 2hours for anything to be sorted! Tired , hungry & fed up lack of information & no one really cared . Finally got taxi to hotel

the arrival terminal bus pick up area is a zoo and expect to wait whilst they round up a bus / taxi to take you.....our return pick up arrangement ( 24 hrs before) was forgotten and we had to find alternative transport and then find the rep back in teh airport....you guys need better communication....!!!! :(

We telephoned upon arrival at the transport area on the advice of one of the managers working there and were told to wait at the sidewalk welcome bar. A representative quickly found us there. It took about 15 minutes for him to hook up up with a driver. The driver was delightful and took us directly to our hotel. The cost was $20 for the two of us compared with the taxi we used to return to the airport which was $26. All in all a satisfying experience.

We selected pickup to be at 4pm. We landed at 3 and we were waiting with Marian, she kept saying just 5 to 10 minutes and the shuttle will be there then another 30 minutes went by. My husband speaks Spanish and heard that the shuttle wouldn’t be there till 5. We got a ton of lies from them. We don’t recommend

When you arrive at the airport, it's confusing as to where you are supposed to wait for your transportation. But after asking questions and taking to the locals about how you are supposed to get to your hotel, some help is provided. A gentleman from the company eventually brought us to the driver, and we were transported safely to our destination

The service was great. Although, little story. The van broke on the way to pick me up at the hotel, so they told me to take a taxi and they will pay for it. They did, I got to the airport on time and they toook care of the taxi charges for me. I did not have to pay extra. So in general excellent service provided to custumers. They responded to the emergency and did not leave alone or stranded. So happy :)
