Do NOT purchase the drink plan.

This tour was amazing. However, a few things went wrong. We waited in a traffic jam due to a fallen electrical pole and it lasted about 3 hours. Our time at Chichen Itza and the cenote was rushed because of this. We had the option of voting on going to Valladolid or not because it was getting late, and my partner and I voted yes but everyone else voted no. Sucked to pay for it and not get any refund or anything in return. Also, do not buy the drink. They didn't even check to see who bought it or not and you just got a bottle of water or pop. Waste of money. Everything else was amazing. Totally worth it.

Dear Amig@ We appreciate your comments, we love to hear that you had a great experience. We are sorry to hear that the good intention of having a perfect day was eclipsed with this incident of the pole, as you know these are things out of our control and we try to rescue the good experience that we had planned. We are unable to proceed with a partial refund due to events beyond our control. Dulce, Amigo Tours

Frank is the best guide!

Frank was our guide and he was amazing. He did an awesome job explaining everything and giving so much mayan history. I learned so much from him. During his tour, it started to rain, but he never stopped talking so we stood in the rain and listened intently to him. Was an amazing time.

Great tour!

Luis and Daniel were excellent. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable! The souvenirs at the Mayan marketplace are pricey but authentic. There are much cheaper souvenirs at the ruins. The ride from Cancun is pretty long... at least 2.5 hours and it was longer coming home. But in my opinion it was worth it!

Excellent Chichen Itza Tour From Cancun
Ashish_M
, Nov. 2021
The tour bus picked us up form our hotel on time. Ruben kept us entertained on the long ride to Valladolid and then to Chichen Itza. In Chichen Itza we were split into English and Spanish speaking groups and Rodriguez (English speaking group) did an excellent job introducing us to the Mayan history and culture and he made us understand the importance of Chichen Itza in a very interesting way. Overall it was an excellent tour.
