  • Vegan, dairy/lactose, & soy restrictions cannot be adequately accommodated. Guests with multiple allergies should contact Charleston Culinary Tours prior to booking to confirm accommodation.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for those with severe allergies.
  • We make every effort to provide a full meal for all guests, however, substitutions for dietary restrictions may not be 1-for-1 with regular tour offerings.
  • We recommend weather-appropriate attire and comfortable walking shoes.
  • Tours operate rain or shine, hot or cold. In the rare cases of EXTREME weather (e.g. Hurricane!), we will notify all guests as soon as a decision to cancel has been made.

A delicious way to spend your afternoon in Charleston

A delightful was to sample a variety of different dishes which Charleston specifically and the South in general are famous for. I is also a good way to burn off some of the calories you'll be consuming, as the walk is part of the experience! We stopped in 4 different establishments, each of which had there own unique offerings which he happily sampled. Make certain not to eat lunch beforehand if you take this tour. You probably will end up skipping dinner as well afterwards, as there is plenty of food at the four stops! It was an interesting and tasty afternoon which my wife and I enjoyed and would recommend!

Chefs are crazy - but the results are grand. Tobasco honey? Almond butter? ( we bought a quart). Etc. Wonderful cookies and cannoli in the last stop. Not a lot of walking, but guide snuck in some history too which added to the fun. Good group.
