The bus left before the tour time was supoose to start, I contacted costumer service several times. Never got a call back or email. Basically took my money and said oh well. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

Disappointing compared to other times

Usually I love Big Bus; I've done their tours in several cities, including abroad. But this one was really disappointing. The narrative was a recording (I prefer a live person and they typically do a great job but I totally understand the shortage of labor so not a huge deal). The problem was that the recording was "broadcast" among the bus without headphones. It was impossible to hear, especially for the folks on the top deck (open area) of the bus. Don't get me wrong, Chicago is amazing and I loved looking at it for an hour, but I spent nearly $100 to try to learn something and that just didn't happen.
