If I could give 0 stars I would. Got to the harbor, the trikes were no where to be found. We walked from the beach to the Harbor and back again until finally we were told by staff that the attraction was unavailable b/c there was a near-drowning last summer. Called customer service, no response. I never received any other contact nor a refund. They are taking people's money. DONT DO IT!

While I appreciate your feedback, it appears you left a fraudulent one. What would be the bases of your negative review if we have no record of ever servicing you? To make up a claim of a drowning last year is without merit and never happened. I assure you a staff member at AQUA WATER TRIKES would have ever told you that because we have been operating all summer. As with any water sports, safety is our top concern. Our Water Trikes only go 5 mph to maximum safety on the water. Each guest is given a life vest as well as a “walkie-talkie” and is to told stay within certain perimeters for those reason. As with any water sport’ weather is also a concern. So unfortunately they are times when we have to cancel a booking due to waves, rain, storms, etc. I hope you understand.
