Everything was amazing 😁I had the best birthday ever and I definitely will return!!! I enjoyed our waiter manny aswell 😁he was awesome!

We enjoyed the food and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We were scheduled for a massage and didn't realize our watches were set to the wrong time zone. Despite missing our scheduled appointment, they were able to accommodate us. We will definitely return.

It was amazing! We had a cabana to ourselves so that we could spread out and relax. Our massage by Lupita and Reyna was great. They got out all of the knots in the short amount of time we had and did not make us feel rushed. The food was also amazing and Gaby was very attentive and took excellent care of us.

The waiter we had was excellent!! No matter where we were he would see if we needed anything. The workers took very good care of the grounds. Everyone was friendly. We will be back when we do our next vacation to Cozumel!!!

I booked the Couples Romantic Spa Package. Our massage was amazing. No complaints there. The food and drink at Mr. Sanchos was terrible. Maybe I went on a bad day, the mariachi band sung and played instruments was very entertaining!

We loved our adventure to Mr. Sanchos and will be back!!! The food was fantastic, we met great people there. The bartenders were so fun- very relaxing.

We really loved it!!! We didn't have nearly enough time to enjoy all they have to offer. Our attendant was Edgar who made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the table and chairs along with the cabana. The sheets were spotless and fresh out of a wrapped and sealed package. His partner was always making sure everything was cleared off the table. We were offered all the drinks we could want. we ordered two sets of great food, a snack of tacos and quesadillas when we arrived and fajitas and more tacos later. We snorkled and swam and met great people in the water. The water was amazing. We had our 30 minute massages by Carmita and Stephanie, both were wonderful and paid attention to the areas we wanted worked on most. the cabana was draped on three sides and open to the front. So we enjoyed a quick nap and then had to go. Had some great shopping there and bought a great bag to keep in beautiful colors and very well made canvas. Couldn't have loved it more except to spend more time there. Next time, we will jump out of bed at the crack of dawn and make sure that we get over to Mr. Sancho's as soon as we possibly can. We booked the romance package with the couples massage for our 25th wedding anniversary. Bertha and Suzanne were amazing massage therapist. The food and drinks were great! Juan our server made sure our cups were never empty! We will definitely return for a visit.

Although it is very pretty the experience was nota great one. We purchased the couples package. I was suppose to take both of the 30 minute massages and only received the 30 minute massage not the second 30 minutes. They brought our food and I went to the rest room and came back and they had taken the food away. I litterally had only had one bite. The drinks were served in the little plastic cups I had had a total of 4 drinks is all. All because we were cutting up in the pool by the pool bar and I was swaying or dancing to the music they thought that I was drunk and would not let me drink. If I were drunk in the pool I would have stumbled with the stairs or gone under water walking away from the bar and dropped drinks like some did. I was not slurring speech nor was I stumbling or anything. I did feel a little buzzed. It was the first time in 5 years to have no responsibility and was just having a good time. I get they need to protect themselves but this was insane especially seeing some that were stumbling. I paid a lot of money to be able to completely enjoy myself and it just was not all that for the price. I was disappointed after hearing how amazing it was there. I did enjoy the mariachis that played. The beach is clean and very pretty.
