    Irving the tour assistant. I enjoyed him. Very friendly and he made sure that I got to my excursions and everything was cool. I didn’t have time to do everything on the list but the two most important ones i did. I couldn’t get left by my ship lol. It was a pleasure. The only thing was the instructions to initially meet. That need to be clarified. Due to me not having a phone connection due to being in another country at first until i was able to get wifi to activate my travel pass to use my cellphone. I end up paying a taxi $40. Pissed at that. I was just walking distance. So please better instructions to initially meet. I enjoyed otherwise. Irving gets 10 Plus! I be back!

    Oh my we had a group of 22 and the tour guides showed us a great time. It was the best. We did the clear boat ride, ATV, Beach Club and had lunch in Cozumel. It was great!

    Victor was a phenomenal guide. He ensured we had an AWESOME experience while in Cozumel. The Clear Boat experience was life-changing. My children felt so comfortable they decided to snorkel. They had a great time.

    Victor was an awesome guide. He went out of his way to make out adventure special. ATV was so fun. I bought small blanket to pad rear of double ATV as I chose to share with my husband. Also rented goggles for $5. Dont complain about spending extra. Its NOT required!! These people earn less than $10 a day, so count your USA blessings and buy some souvenirs and pictures !! The photographer did an awesome job too. Our lunch was ok. Decent enough. Clear boat is really cool! Snorkeling was fun. Pictures and video were worth the extra to buy after. Not required but very beautiful. Like a orivate photo session under water! All guides were great. Please tip generously as we did.. These folks really suffered during the pandemic and we are 1000x more affluent even as working class Americans. I cannot thank you all enough for our fabulous adventure!! Money well spent even with extra photos and tips. Note: we took Dramamine at lunch so to not get seasick on boat. We love Cozumel and highly recommend this trip. Hugs from Oregon!     Truly enjoyed the excursionb but the tequila tour, glass bottom boat, lunch, and ATV rides went well past the time it was supposed to and caused us to miss our second scheduled excursion so we lost our $100 prepayment because we could not cancel it less than 24 hours.

    ATV riding was so much fun!! It was well worth a dirt covered body! I’m am a bit disappointed that my boat ride got cancelled but i understand why. What I don’t understand is why it’s taking them so long the refund me the money for that portion of the excursion. Once it was cancelled the money should have been sent immediately

    I was very much looking forward to this excursion when our cruise docked in Cozumel. However the experience did not turn out at all how I expected. I booked the 11:30am ATV and clear boat tour. Well, at 11:30 we were informed that they did not have any ATV's available and would have to wait a few hours. They decided to have us go on the clear boat tour first and then see about doing the ATV's after. We really didn't have much of a choice so we went to the clear boat tour. The boat itself is really cool as the entire thing is clear, not like the glass bottom boats I've been on before that are just on the bottom. Unfortunately, the boat made me extremely nauseous and I was not able to enjoy myself. I felt so sick I did not finish the tour meaning we didn't ride the ATV's nor enjoy lunch or go to the beach. The fact that they didn't have ATV's available for my 11:30 booking is absolutely ridiculous. I will be making a return trip to Cozumel but will be finding another tour company to ride the ATV's.

    Our tour guide Walter was great! He was very adamant to get us to do everything on our tour and to have a great time. Our issues was time. Make sure you are aware of ship time and island time to ensure you get to do everything because we missed out on our beach break. Also Our itinerary was not what we expected. It was stated we would first do the atv’s in which we ended up doing last. We only had enough time to do a short ride which was upsetting because we were all looking forward to this. But all in all we made the best of our trip and even had time for some tequila tasting! Cheers!

    We had a great time from beginning to end. We arrived from Playa Del Carmen by ferry. Walked to the cars that we drive to the clear boat dock. Waited about 30 minutes for clear boat. The boat ride and snorkeling were great. They played our music, it was so clear to see sting rays and fish through the boat bottom, the snorkeling and pictures they took for us were amazing. Then back to the cars to ride to El Cedral and fourwheeling on trails not roads. It was bumpy and full of rocks. They didn't want you playing to hard but we did anyways and other than a few warnings...lol, it was all good and they were friendly the entire time. Will definitely do again when we are in this area! We were on a time schedule and they ran a little behind. So there was some running to make it the ferry on time. But we made it and all collapsed from a full day of fun and laughter for our group of 14!

    Super après midi à Cozumel !

    Nous avons réservé la veille pour le lendemain et nous avions été ravie de ce choix. Dès notre arrivée à Cozumel nous avons été conduis en taxi au Uvas Playa Beach Club. Nous y avons mangé et bu avant que notre guide Walter vienne nous réceptionner. Nous avons d'abord fait le Clear boat et de la plongé pendant 2h. C'était agréable et le personnel de bord était super ! A bord nous avions droit à des boissons à volonté également. Enfin nous avons choisi de faire l'ATV pendant 30/45min avec Walter c'était très bien le terrain et le parcours étaient assez cool. L'expérience était vraiment personnalisée nous étions vraiment chouchoutée par Walter !! On vous recommande grandement de vous tourner vers eux surtout au prix attractif qu'ils proposent ;) Les seuls points à revoir seraient une meilleure réception à la sortie du ferry (activité confirmée sur Viator seulement 40min avant le début de l'activité...) et de prévenir que c'est à nous de conduire la voiture qui nous amène aux différents activités sur l'île (il n'y a que les taxis qui sont autorisés à transporter les touristes). Sinon rien à redire on vous recommande fortement ce prestataire on reviendra sans hésiter!!
