The place was beautiful and clean!! We had a great view of the ocean. We ran out of toilet paper and had no contact to get us more. There should be extras under sink or something. I left an item and don’t have no way of getting ahold of anyone to see if they could ship it to me.

Had a great time on the boat. The staff was very friendly and helpful during and after our trip. They actually called during our trip to make sure we were not lost and we actually was lost. So they help guide us over the phone in the right direction .

Pontoon rental. Staff was proficient, super chill and very kind. They made sure we had everything we need. I went out too far (I was lost), they called me asking if I was ok and advised I should probably should turn around. Cameron was Amazing and drove out on another boat to help guide us back to crab island. Beyond nice and so grateful. Helped me feel safe as I was alone with my kids. Highly recommend this place!

Great Experience. Boat was very clean and well kept. The instructor was very nice and helpful. He helped everyone on and off the Boat. Explained the guidelines and rules thoroughly and clearly and answered any questions we had. He also grabbed us a cart to unload our belongings and also got us a trash bag to empty trash from the boat. We had a great time. Definitely will book again next time we come to Crab Island.

Nothing the facility could really help. A cold front came through last minute our scheduled week and we barely made it 40 minutes on the boat and had to come back in. Only thing I wish they would have done was offered us a day to come back or a partial refund We paid $325 to not be able to go due to weather even tho it wasn’t rain. There was no way we could take a 2 year old on a boat in 40 degree weather.

This was easy to get to the boat dock. The people were great. Helped all of us into the boat and had a nice cart to get all of our things unloaded. The boat was very nice and easy to maneuver. Very clean. Crab island was awesome. It took about 30 minutes to get there and once we did the water was warm and clear. We rented at 8-noon which was a good choice to get a great spot and fewer boats to navigate around at crab island. It was an awesome trip. Next time doing a full day to travel around the bay a bit more.
