Book this tour! If you are thinking of going to Tikal just book this tour.
Before leaving Canada I did A LOT of research. This tour is honestly the best and it is the best price you will find.
From Canada Elmer helped me arrange everything. And I mean everything. We had transport from San Ignacio, across the border and then to Flores. Someone walked us through the entire experience crossing through customs and it was so easy.
Jiavanni was our tour guide. He is so passionate and knowledgeable. We learned so much and saw so much wildlife! Pictures do not compare to being at Tikal in person. We even stopped for a beer and took everything in. Truly amazing. It was fun and the most amazing, touching experience.
Lunch was great. Viades is a great driver.
We felt safe and in good hands. If you’ve ever thought of visiting Guatemala stop thinking about it and just do it!!
