Date of scheduled Zodiac Snorkeling trip: 5/28/22 8:30 am
Due to weather conditions, we were unable to go out on the Zodiac Snorkeling trip.
However, I wanted to let you know that we were impressed by the Captain, in how he described how the conditions of the water were at the time we were to leave, and how it was probably going to get worse.
He put safety and transparency first. Because of this, I would go with them again on a better day.
We were refunded for the trip.

I guess I was just expecting more. They take you out on the boat. The ocean is pretty rough and just about every guest was sick. We went to two spots and saw turtles. What was disappointing is, that was it. There was not much color and very little fish in the area. If you want to ride on a boat and snorkel and see turtles, then you will like this. If you expect a great snorkel experience, look elsewhere.

My son (10) and I had a fabulous time on this tour. Christina and Mallorie (sp?) were our guides and they were really wonderful, kind, and attentive. My son is on the spectrum and Christina took great care of him and helped him gain confidence throughout the trip - he was terrified at first and by the end felt very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better team of guides. Mahalo!

The sea conditions were rough and made the experience less fun. The staff was great. The staff seemed to change the rules and expectations as the day went on - i.e. where to put car keys, what to take on the boat, confusion on whether we needed wetsuits or not, etc. The captain definitely knew how to handle the boat!
