The many views from waterfall, canyon, monk seal, sea turtles and blow hole were unforgettable. John's knowledge of history, plants and aquatic life were informative and interesting. With his 40 years on the island he shared some great insight and tips about island eateries and shops.

Traveling with 3 kids and still exceeded our expectations

This tour exceeded our expectations. When traveling with 3 young kids, things can turn south quickly. But John came prepared with snacks, picture books and plenty of patience. We were able to see everything on our list, as well as several local spots that we didn’t even know we wanted to see, but are sure glad we made it. The lunch recommendations were spot on and Johns flexibility to adjust as the kids got hungry or tired was amazing. And the stories he shared of Kaua’i history and local customs was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!

A perfect day. Tour guide, John, very personable, felt right at home. Vehicle clean, easy in/out at many interesting stops. Guide shares an abundance of knowledge on many aspects of island, plants, animals, people and history. This tour is of south shore of Kaua'i and continues to the road's end in Waimea, west side island, with views of Napali coast from the landward side. Many excellent photo stops.

My family of 5 decided to take this tour for a day trip to Kauai from Oahu. The instructions of where to meet the guide was very clear, and the van was there even though our flight arrived early. The van was clean and well-stocked with plenty of water and snacks. Our guide was very knowledgeable; we saw everything on the schedule and then some! It was a beautiful day with great visibility, so the views of Waimea Canyon were spectacular-- more than I expected. I thought this tour was a good value, my family enjoyed it, and I highly recommend!
