Easy, convenient way to get from the airport to downtown. We were a little confused as to where to meet the driver since the directions said pickup is inside the airport, when in actuality, you need to exit the airport building to find the drivers. Once we sorted that out though, we easily found our driver.

Absolutley Amazing!!!!! Highly Reccomend and I mean that. Flying in from the US I was a bit worried, and they made everything easy for me. I was greeted with a sign with my name on it and the driver took my luggage and dropped me right at the hotel. I highly recommend using them! I did it 3x on this trip! USE THEM!!! IF YOU DONT use this company then you are starting your trip off incorrectly! BOOK THESE GUYS!

There was some sort of miscommunication. We waited for 30 mins in designated location (customs and deplaning took 1.5 hours and we were late). I reached out to the number that had been communicating with me as well as the one listed in the ticket and did nor get a response until we had given up and paid someone else.

This is a scam. I waited at the meeting point for 25 minutes, the driver never showed up. Tried to contact the company using the WhatsApp number they provided, no response. Had to find another taxi to go to my hotel. Contacted Viator for a refund, they refused and claimed that their driver was always at the collection point. Don’t bother to book with this tour operator. It’s a scam.
