• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

• Please check in 45 minutes to your departure time

• Children 6 and under are free (1 per paying adult). Children ages 7-12 pay child rate/need all children on reservation.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Service animals allowed
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• To protect the reef environment and in support of the statewide ban on sunscreens, we will no longer allow the use of any non-reef safe sunscreen on board any snorkel eco tours. 4oz Reef safe sunscreen will be available on board for $10
• Most travellers can participate
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travellers

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
