Really good fun heading out on the water

Really enjoyed this event. We were given a security briefing before going out there, a quick practice and we then hit the waters and headed for the open sea. No one fell out which was good, got to catch a glimpse of some black tipped coral sharks (not dangerous) and turtles. Good fun, but worth taking stomach settlers if you get sea sick as quite choppy in parts. The guys operating the tour were great, would recommend for sure

Had a great time paddling Lahaina. We were first timers and our guide Mark was Awsome! He gave instructions before we took off and kept a good eye on us. We saw some sea life, including small sharks and turtles. Felt safe and had fun the entire time! Can’t wait to do this again!

Our experience was below our expectation. Our guide Timothy was a nice guy but mostly seemed bored the whole time. He paddled some distance ahead of us and did not talk or interact with us except to point out a seal and a turtle. Our kayak got stuck on coral and he came to pull us out. I guess those few moments is what we paid the expensive guided price for, instead of the cheaper price to just rent kayaks and go on our own. Next time we will go on our own. I would not recommend this tour except for very beginners like us who might need help.

Our guide, Mark was the best part of the tour. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and safety conscious, paddling out to the ocean and enjoying magnificent Mother Nature was truly an experience of a lifetime. Had I known snorkeling was permitted, I would’ve dove in to see the many sea turtles, monk sea lions, and other creatures. A must for Maui visitors!

This was a very laid back trip and was perfect after doing some more intense activities a few days before. Marc was a great guide and shared some interesting facts on the islands and the area of Lahaina. We did not go during whale season so we’re looking for turtles, sharks, and seals. We only saw turtles on our trip, but still enjoyed the experience!

We have kayaked multiple times. We booked toys through a third party and there was very little communication with the actual shop. When I called to clarify where exactly they were located there was more confusion. The name of the business is not listed in the booking at all. When you arrive there are no restrooms available as most of the businesses are closed in this shopping center. There are a few restaurants with large signs No Public bathrooms. Once we got out on the water. We saw a few turtles. The guide led us out the channel then we just hung out off shore. He knew. Very little as far as plant, animal life, interesting facts about where we were. He did make a point to let us know the bill of his income comes from tips. He also helped some girls in our group that had never kayaked and couldn’t figure it out. Lahaina is a beautiful place. I think I would just use a different company.

Rude staff! We were 10 minutes late- when we got to the meeting point the door was locked to the store. Called number and got yelled at by the tour operator why we got there late. We were so upset we did not go back. Got charged anyways! Terrible customer service.
