My wife and I had a very enjoyable day with Stephen, visiting a good selection of wineries in the Yarra Valley. Lunch at Yering Station was superb. Stephen was very knowledgable about the area, its wines and history. A first class trip all round.

I would 100% recommend this day trip to any individual, couple or group. I have no doubt they will feel welcome, included and will have a great day on this trip. Paul our tour guide was not only organised, punctual and full of knowledge, hes an extremely genuine and authentic and engaging person, consistently making sure everyone on the trip was enjoying themselves. The wineries we visited were beautiful and provided a well balanced overview of the valley, from large scale to boutique operations and from traditional to modern style blends. As a decades long SanFrancisco/Bay Area resident, with easy access to wine regions, I’m no stranger to wine tourism. Let me put it simply. Paul is the best winery guide with whom I have ever toured. His knowledge of the 150 wineries in the Yarra Valley seems to know no bounds. The fact that he was able to choose five for our one day tour is a feat in itself. All were excellent, and exhibited the full range of Yarra’s offerings. The rapport he shares with the tasting room personnel allows for a very natural back-and-forth discussion of each and every glass. The side-by-side comparisons of estate and reserve chards, pinots, and cabs was educational in a non-intimidating way. And the lunch? Best meal we had during our Melbourne stay.

Girls trip to Melbourne and this tour added an extra memorable day to our vacation!!! Paul was very informative on the various wines and the history of the region! We had multiple tastings at some gorgeous vineyards and lunch (we had the duck) paired with a glass of wine was delicious!!! Paul’s knowledge and warm personality added to the tour, although we did get very lucky and had a brilliant bunch of people on the tour with us !! 100% recommend this tour if you have a free day in Melbourne - worth it for sure!!!

Another fabulous booking with Viator. Stephen our guide was fantastic. Exceptional tour with ample wine tasting. We had a gourmet cheese platter at our first stop. Lunch was five star in both quality of food we had to choose from and the location. Later in the afternoon another offering of dips to have with our wine. Cannot recommend this tour enough. Well worth every dollar. Loved the small group, gave us a chance to get to know each other and hear some great stories.
