Beware of the hidden cost

The flight was good, I was unhappy with the hidden cost that I had to pay just before boarding. When I booked this it said "no additional fees and taxes". When the ticket came it said fuel and covid charge extra. It's not fair.

Thank you for your review. All costs are clearly stated under Inclusions and Exclusions in big print BEFORE you book. There is nothing hidden there. You just need take an extra minute to read them. These costs are the fees that the airport charges to clean, disinfect for COVId and taxes on the purchase. Thank you Kaitlyn for your review. Your booking was March 26th in our system and we were ready to fly you then. When we called to provide some additional guidance on your experience you told us that you wanted the 27th and were surprised. At which point in time we accommodated you despite having done everything for your original date including flight plan, slots weight and balance etc... We can not change dates as we have no access as we detailed to you. Despite this we tried to accommodate you. We would not charge the fees had you shown up on the scheduled date. Thank you and we hope to have you again soon.

They added a 100$ a the end saying that there is fees to add and we already payed on the website then they made us pay again a 100$ at the arrival neger seen that on the web site and they satgeybwill send us a receipt but nothing so the extra fees was just addeed

Hello Hamza. Thank you for your review. The additional fees excluded are clearly stated under exclusions when booking on the website. The COVID surcharges are the precautions taken to disinfect the terminal, aircraft, contact tracing, etc…and the remainder are the taxes on the entire purchase. We also sent you a receipt with the breakdown. We re glad however that you enjoyed the flight based on our follow up phone call.
