The Hard rock café was excellent, the Manager and staff were very polite and accommodating. I will tell others that it's a great place to eat but I will not advise they book it through Viator because the selected menu was so sparse we barely found anything we wanted to eat. The manager however, worked with us. I believe it would have been a better experience if we had booked our reservation directly with Hard Rock Café that way we were not restricted to the below basic menu. The other thing is the cafe does not have their own parking???? We had to pay 20.00-25.00 for parking everywhere we went. That is such a rip off.

I lost the day because guide was over an hour late due to mix up Fortunately I spoke to the manager of the Hard Rock Cafe and explained my situation He was very generous and told me to come in the next day that he would honor the reservation and I would not lose the money. We did go but the food options were not great their best dishes were not on the menu Was not worth what I paid I got ripped off plus all the aggravations Don’t recommend this site at all

We had a nice dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe while on our Honeymoon. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. The was a huge collection of rock n’ roll memorabilia displayed on the walls. The restaurant was very clean!
