A great way to sample the best of the Côte d’Azur

This tour was a fantastic way to experience the Côte d'Azur highlights in an enjoyable and efficient way. Gilles was a fantastic driver and was super friendly and patient with the challenging traffic in the region. We could not quite get through Cannes, as the police started closing off the streets literally in front of us. Still, we saw so many great sights and can now decide on highlights to return to. All in all, I highly recommend this tour. It was a wonderful way to sample the best of the Côte d'Azur!

We had an excellent guide with Ruben! He was incredibly friendly and kind to answer any and all questions we had, plus give recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc in the towns along the riviera, including Nice! The tour itself was great as well. It felt like a “French Riviera Buffet” in that you get a little taste of each town without spending much time in each (most stops were between 20-40 minutes). With that, doing the full day tour was fairly exhausting with the constant in-and-out and we didn’t end up eating lunch until after 3pm. I would say it was definitely still worth it to get a little taste of the cities and decide if you want to go back to any of them to explore more!

A terrible day because of our tour guide. He made very little effort to communicate and was generally unfriendly and unhelpful - when we asked for water included in the trip he said there wasn’t any and then reluctantly provided a bottle of hot water. It took requests from several others on the tour before he finally supplied cold water. We were transported to the various sights with minimal information and he seemed irritated by any questions. When two others commented that they had seen him falling asleep at the wheel in the afternoon we abandoned the tour fearful for our safety and made our own way back to Nice.

St Paul De Vence was our favorite village to visit and I wish we had at least 2 to 3 hours there. Village of Ezekiel was also nice( not much time). The stops with 20 minutes or less than an hour weren’t necessary for me. I think most people would like more time there to visit shops and eat without rushing. Overall long trip but great stops, and we’ll worth the value.

The tour was packed full of stops which was great - I believe we were told we saw 85% of the French riviera in just one day!
Only consideration is that there isn’t much time for stopping to enjoy food or drink - we wanted a bit more of a substantial lunch time but only managed to have it at St Paul, which was for 1 hour at 2:30pm and by that time, quite a lot of the cafes/restaurants there closed or closed off the main menu so only paninis were available. In our group we had an elderly couple and a family with a toddler and pregnant wife, so I think if we had known the length of lunch and options, we might’ve asked for more time in one place than another or took more snacks with us! Remember to bring water!!!
It worked really well with the hotel drop off too which was a bonus!

Very well organized, although we travelled to Cannes right in the middle of the festival prep, traffic was bit difficult which delayed our timetable but in the end Jose was very flexible and at the end of the day we managed to see all the places in the description. We started with Antibes, Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Monaco - Monte Carlo, Eze village with pit top to Fragonard. Jose was very knowledgeable, talkative and turned a long day into a very pleasant one.

Wonderful trip with Mr Joe Lafont ( guide) to Cote D’Azur and Monaco! Beautiful places! History! The guide told us historical information about the places since Antiquity when some cities belonged to Greece! He told us about the medieval times and most recent information since the second war! It was a great value for us!

The tour was very complete. Ruben was very friendly, informative, and accommodated to everyone’s language. We didn’t get to visit Antibes because of the Cannes’ festival, so we could have more time in Cannes (a lot of traffic), and we couldn’t visit the castle because of the F1 Mónaco race. Not a big deal for us, but something to be aware of when traveling mid-may season.

Me and my friends got a tour guide, the tour guide Nathan was outstanding and gave us a great tour of the place and was very welcoming and nice, was a great tour definitely would recommend especially Nathan as he was great at showing us around and told us information we didn’t know definitely top quality

Our tour guide, Bruno, made our entire trip! He was knowledgable about the sites, but was also accommodating. He made jokes with us and made everyone comfortable and in good spirits. The tour overall was the BEST way to spend our weekend in Nice seeing the surrounding cities. We had just enough time in each place to see the main attractions (and occasionally catch a glass of wine)!
