Very touching emotional place. Troy and Al were the best hosts. We connected with them immediately and enjoyed the sites we saw. They were A plus hosts!!!

Pearl and city tour is worth it.

For the price I think this is a great tour. Combining a visit to Pearl and the Arizona with a small city tour can satisfy a wide group. I personally might have liked more time at Pearl but the other person I was with thought it was the right amount. Driver was very respectful and well informed. He was also humorous during the city part of the tour. Good experience all around.

Had to see and honor the fallen heroes. The park ranger on the memorial was absolutely excellent. Wish we could have gotten better pictures at the Punchbowl, hard to get pictures thru bus windows and depends on which side of the bus you are on.

We haven't done the tour. The provider changed the date. Viator got the message but continued to notify me about the tour date as the original date.

The driver was very knowledgeable about The area and shared her life growing up here. Was 30 minutes late picking us up didn’t leave much time at the memorial. But we still had a pleasant experience.

Memorial needs an upgrade

Very good small museums on building up to war and The Attack. Live footage of original attack was only shown on a large screen TV instead of the theater due to COVID! Bummer. The Arizona itself was a little disappointing but I was comparing it to Normandy and there is No Comparison!

Should have been better.

Loved pearl Arbor tour, did not like tour guide. To much ranting about corrupt politicians and the homeless problem, he needs to remember we are on vacation and wanted to hear about the sites of Honolulu. He needs to keep is personal political views out of my tour. The incessant chatter about traffic coupled with the mumbling and tailing off of most thoughts, made for one of the least enjoyable tour guides over our entire vacation. And UNBELIEVABLY this man claims to be one of your best trainers.

We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our management team for appropriate follow up. Mahalo.

Tour guide awful
Steve_G
, Dec. 2021
Tour guide was awful. Gave incorrect information. Ellison Onizuka did not got to the Air Force Academy. He went to the University of Colorado. He did not know how to communicate. On the city tour and punchbowl tour it was hard to know where the place/building was he was describing. His name was Frank.

I felt rushed
Vickie_S
, Dec. 2021
Although the driver was funny we felt rushed and I thought we would be going to the palace and it was not mentioned once. This experience is mainly Pearl Harbor only, you would need to ignore the rest of the sites on the list.
icon Response from Host , Dec. 2021
Thank you for your feedback, the Honolulu City Tour covers the highlights of downtown Honolulu on a drive-by tour. We do have an Oahu Circle Island Tour that showcases the island of Oahu. Mahalo!

The driver, I apologize I don’t remember his name, was very knowledgeable and fun! He was a safe driver with a wonderful calming personality . This wasn’t the tours fault but we only got about 5 min on the Arizona before they lined us up for the boat ride back

Tour guide was amazing giving history that was passed down to him. If I could give 10 stars I would. The history was very personal to him which made it become very personal to me as well.
