First and foremost, Tyrone was a very friendly and informative tour guide. He was funny and had a lot of great information about Hawaii’s surroundings. The tour itself was nice, some great views along the way to stop and take beautiful pictures. The only thing was the very uncomfortable transportation in a van. Very tight fit for 11 people. Plus it was hot and stuffy in the van while driving even though the air condition was on max. We had to climb in and out of the van, so if your small and flexible you will be ok, but still uncomfortable. Think of airplane seating, if you get stuck in the back of the small van. Maybe not cram as many people in one van and it would have been slightly more comfortable traveling a far distance on the island. We also skipped shopping in a small historic town, for some reason which was supposed to be included in the trip, but by the end of that long ride, stuffed in a van, I didn’t mind not stopping again. Other than that, Tyrone was great, the trip was ok as well.

We enjoyed the tour. Our guide Tyrone, had so many fun and interesting bits of information about the island. It really brought it to life as he shared his love of the island with us. 8 hours might sound like a long time, but it goes all too quickly. Note, we read an earlier review that said the music was too loud on the bus. That was not our experience. Even my 91 year old mother had a great time

Loved our trip, loved our guide

Our guide was knowledgeable about our trip, and the sites we passed. We did a Circle Island tour with another company in the past (loved it) but liked this trip even more. The guide used a large van, not a motor bus, and we were able to go some passes that others could not. We also seemed to always be ahead of the other tours, which was a plus. We were provided with water and snorkel gear, which was great. Our guide had arranged a stop for some amazing shrimp on the north shore, and some great other stops along the way. Our kids say that we should give our guide 100-out-of-10 stars, as the loved the trip as well.

Our tour guide Trey was absolutely phenomenal! He kept our group the entire time and was able to answer everything we asked him. He taught us everything there is to know about the island-- food, flora, fauna, history, language, you name it! If you want to see a lot of great sites in a short period of time with a cultural education, I would highly recommend this trip!

Best excursion we did on Oahu! Our guide Trey was awesome! He made the trip fly by with his knowledge of all the areas we went to. There was never a dull moment. He gave all of us as much time as needed everywhere we went. Was a great way to see the island!

Trey is the best tour guide ! Very knowledgeable and funny ! Ask for him when you book. I will say the tour takes more than 8 hours. Our pickup was around 7:25 and we got dropped off around 5:30 pm, in case you are making plans for after.
