    Tranfers from the airport and cruise port.

    I am a travel agent and took a group of 21 guests to Honolulu. The transfers were booked several months in advance. When I connected with the companies, as requested all the bookings were incorrect. At the airport on Nov. 15, 2019 we had to wait almost an hour for the transfer. At the the cruise port on Nov. 23, 2019 there was one van waiting for 21 guests. That van took 11 guests and the remainder had to wait for more than half hour for the other van to arrive. My clients are very dissatisfied and in some ways it reflects poorly on me as they could believe I did not make the proper arrangements.
