We were stood up!!!

We booked A Swimming with the turtles, and no one showed up. After an hour of sitting and trying to get someone on the phone, finally got someone and was informed it had been canceled due to boat maintenance, boat had been down for a month. We were not!!!! Notified at all by call or text or email. Another company was there and after I told them what had happened they made room for us on there boat. I was very upset I don't know if I will use Viator again!!!

From the moment we stepped on the boat Captain Mike, Mel, and Karen were extremely professional and friendly and took great care of us. We not only saw turtles but our highlight were seeing dolphins! I would recommend this to everyone visiting the island. Much better than the big tour groups!

Trip was canceled the day before, we were given option to refund or reschedule. Boat needed repair, felt like good communication until our rescheduled trip 3 days later was then canceled with same message to reschedule or refund due to boat trouble. It felt odd since I messaged the day before asking if we were still on and no answer. Still awaiting response on my refund.
