Highly recommend
, May 2022
This was a great experience. Pick up was on time and very organized. Oli was great! He was very informative and funny during the drive. When we got to PH he walked us in and showed us exactly where to go for the boat ride. Tickets were included so we didn’t have to wait in any lines. The tickets for the boat that are included have a specific time so pay attention to that. The time in the Arizona memorial is short but sufficient. Unless you plan to also tour the Missouri and the submarine, the time at PH could be cut short by an hour. We had about an hour with nothing to do while waiting to board the bus for departure. Overall, definitely worth the money.
Bait and Switch
, May 2022
The tour company pulled a bait and switch. Once we were loaded on the bus the driver informed us he did not have tickets for the USS Arizona, the dock was damaged so FPS was not giving tickets to tour companies, but hopefully we would get there early to be in the standby line to get on the boat. The driver did advise we could use the tickets at a later date, but did not mention refund. I find out the tickets to the USS Arizona are actually free via the website. As we stood in the hot sun watching people walk up with tickets in hand hoping we were going to get onboard to visit the USS Arizona. We were also told the bus was leaving at 11:30 a.m. so if we did not get onboard prior to 10:30 a.m. we would not get to see the USS Arizona. The tour operator should have advised everyone of this when making the calls to confirm pickup. Do not pay the money, go online and get the free tickets that are released daily and catch the bus or cab to the site. This way can you take as long as you would like to.
Small bus so more intimate tour with Big Tony
, May 2022
Big Tony had an interesting way of delivering the history and being a native Hawaiin, had the local perspective. Loved the local recipes.
Arizona was a good experience
, May 2022
The information given at the ship site was very informative guide was entertaining price was reasonable
misleading advertising
, May 2022
Firstly the booking states that we had tickets for the USS Arizona memorial, this was a lie, we had to go on a waiting list. Because we got there early we had a good chance of getting to go. The stay at Pearl Harbour was too long.
Don't do it
, May 2022
After a 2 hr wait in the heat, we were able to get on the boat to the Arizona memorial. Wasn't guaranteed to be able to do that and only learning this information when the tour bus driver picked us up. I thought by booking this excursion we wouldn't have an issue seeing what we wanted to see in a timely manner. Going to the memorial is the highlight of the tour and possibly not getting to see it is terrible. We were herded into a "standby" line with dozens of others hoping to get a spot on the boat. Lots of time wasted when we could have been checking out the other things to see. By the time we got to the Arizona and back, we only had 30 minutes before we had to get back on the bus. Terrible experience. Wouldn't book this again anytime soon.

Favorite: tour guide, USS Arizona, and film Least favorite: standby line, tour could have been cut short
Good tour
, May 2022
Booking was “reassigned” to another tour group. We did not have confirmed time tickets due to the change. We had to be on the waiting list. However, Ollie, our driver was very calm and informative and funny. He made the entire trip pleasant and stress free.
Our tour guide “Juicy” was THEE BEST!
, May 2022
We had visited the memorial before, however, our tour guide, “Juicy” , Chauncey, was OUTSTANDING! He gave us information about the memorial and the “Punch Bowl” that we had never heard! Juicy was so informative and HILARIOUS! I was disappointed that Juicy wasn’t our tour guide for every tour! Juicy’s knowledge of the memorial was in-depth, his story telling kept us listening! Big applause for Juicy! (Chauncey) Who I think was pulled in to take an extra shift for that tour.
Great experience

It was very fun and informative other than us having to stand in the pouring rain I really enjoyed the tour
